Under 18 and caught with cigarettes?
You may be issued a citation along with a fine.
The Clerk of Court requires that you
complete our Teen Tobacco Citation class.

Health Department Clinic
Punta Gorda, FL
Cost: $35.00 per citation, payable by check, cash, or money order
Due: day of class
Schedule:
Saturdays, 8– 11am

Classes are held approximately every 6 weeks.

address, telephone number, and citation number(s). Under
Florida law e-mail addresses are public records.
