Student Precepts
The Charlotte County Health Department precepts
college and university students interested in public health.
Students seeking a Masters Degree in Public Health, or degrees in
Nursing, Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistant, Health
Administration, and other health related careers rotate through our
various programs. A number of students have been involved in
research projects which have directly benefited the community. We
are very proud to help usher in the next generation of students
interested in a health career. Students we have precepted have come
