Mobile Home & Recreational Vehicle Parks Mobile home and recreational vehicle parks are inspected twice annually while in operation. All of these establishments in the State of Florida must obtain an operating permit from the health department having jurisdiction and any changes or modifications to the park facilities must be approved by the health department. Campgrounds and recreational facilities are also included as part of this program.
